Although Valsa generally is not acting as a HIPAA Covered Entity or Business Associate in connection with its Educational Oncology Consulting and Healthcare Navigation Services, Valsa endeavors to implement privacy and information security practices informed by generally accepted healthcare privacy principles whenever commercially reasonable.
